Sales of our software is final and no refunds will be given. As our software is a digital product, delivered instantly once payment is received there is no physical product to return to us for a refund. If you find a bug in our software, please email us at email@example.com and we will attempt to fix it in the next version. Finding a bug is not a reason to request a refund. However, we understand that it is impossible for us to test our software on every platform and every configuration it may encounter. Therefore if you are unable to get our software up and running after purchasing the software then please contact us and we will do everything within our knowledge and experience to get our software to work.
Our software may rely on website html being presented in a consistent manner and any deviation from this standard may prevent our software from functioning correctly. In such circumstances there may be a period of time when our software functions incorrectly until it is brought back into line with website format. If for any reason our software cannot be re-aligned we will not be held responsible and no refunds will be issued.
We cannot be responsible for any server downtime that may be experienced.
Every effort is made to ensure that our software, developed and sold by us, is free of bugs but we will not warrant and cannot warrant that it is bug free.
